WE MEDIATE (ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION ADR)
Family, marriage, divorce, business partnership conflicts, government, school, neighborhood, work conflicts.
Conflict, simply stated, is a clash or disagreement between two or more parties. Conflict is an unavoidable part of our daily lives, a Conflict foreseeable result of our highly complex, competitive, and often litigious society. Whether in personal interaction or our business relations, each of us has our own ideas, opinions, and needs, and dealing with these differences with others can determine the quality of our lives. Learning to manage conflict effectively is an essential life skill needed by every person and everyone’s group, regardless of one’s age, social role, profession, cultural background, or beliefs. This is why the need for professional conflict resolution experts, such as mediators, is growing quickly in our society. Conflict is a state of open, often prolonged fighting Another reason may be that individuals jump to conclusions too quickly without having a full understanding of the real issues.
Mediation is a process in which a third party helps the participants in a dispute to resolve it. The agreement resolves the problem with a mutually acceptable solution and is structured in a way that helps maintain the continuing relationships of the people involved. In order to resolve the dispute the participants must negotiate a solution. Because the problem solving involves more then one person, the chosen solution must satisfy all the participants in the dispute. The participants must negotiate which solution or combination of solutions is acceptable to all of them. That is why mediation is ideally suited for most of conflicts. The process of mediation is the management of other peoples negotiations, and the mediator is the manger of the negotiations who organize the discussion of the issues to be resolved. The more coherent and organize the process, the easier it is for the participants to arrive at solutions that are mutual and appropriate for them. People choose mediation to solve the conflict because they understand the important of maintaining their ongoing relationship. People with this approach to life choose mediation.
Mediation is private
Interpersonal disputes are best solved privately and most people prefer to settle their dispute within the confines of the family or the business.
Mediation is cheaper
The cost of resolving disputes in mediation is much less then in the legal system.
Mediation is faster
Since all discussions are held face to face ,resolving the dispute take much less time in mediation then then in the adversarial legal system.
Mediation is confidential
All the mediation process is strictly confidential.
Mediation is MUCH LESS PAINFULL PATH
The most important thing is, when we go to court to solve our conflicts either in family issues or business issue or any other issue we will finish the process with some emotional scars in our heart and our soul, and most likely it will take us long time to get over it. In mediation the parties choose creative solution so they will eliminate a lot of pain in their life and will be able to open a new chapter in their life. We are also empowering both parties and improve their ability to choose their options most beneficial to them and to continue in their life happy. Our goal is to teach the parties to see things that don't exist!
